Ka is thrilled to welcome guest chef Cian Mulholland, ex Momofuku Seiōbo and Henry Deane for a night of pure culinary excellence.
This event marks a reunion for Cian and Zac, who first cooked together at the “Good Food Young Chefs Dinner” in 2013.
Known for his bold flavours and meticulous techniques, Cian brings his unique style to Restaurant Ka, promising a memorable dining experience. Incorporating local and surprising ingredients, Cian aims to create dishes that reflect his innovative approach to cooking.
For guests, this collaboration offers an opportunity to enjoy a night of exceptional food crafted by two talented chefs who share a passion for culinary artistry.

Cian Mulholland BIO
Cian Mulholland, born and raised in Connemara, Ireland, discovered his passion for cooking alongside his father in Galway at just 16. After fine-tuning his culinary chops at Dublin's Michelin-starred Chapter One Restaurant, Cian jetted off to Australia, spending eight years at Sydney's acclaimed Momofuku Seiōbo. Following that adventure, he served a four-years as head chef at Henry Deane.
His passion lies in crafting vibrant flavours, globally-influenced cuisine using simple ingredients and unexpected culinary techniques to create his own style that is unique to him.
In his downtime, you'll catch him either tearing up the trails on his bike or deep in the woods, foraging for mushrooms like a culinary ninja.
