Teruyasu Fujiwara is the 4th generation of the 140 years old Japanese swords manufacturer. This slicer has a stainless-steel cladding with White steel #1 core which gives it some corrosion resistance and a super sharp cutting edge at the same time.
This knife is completely made by hand. It has a rustic look and a raw finish.
Recommended to professional chefs or individuals with experience using Japanese knife.

Care
- Hand wash after every use, and dry before putting it away.
- If it is not used every day, apply a light coat of mineral food grade oil to protect blade from rust.
- Do not use it to cut through bones, frozen products.
