Yoshikane is a 100-year-old Knife maker in Sanjo. They are still making some of the finest Japanese knives in by hand in their 4th generation.
This Japanese style chef knife is crafted with a shirogami #2 core and cladded in iron.
The hammered kurouchi finish makes it a very cool looking addition in the kitchen.

Care
- Hand wash after every use, and dry before putting it away.
- If it is not used every day, apply a light coat of mineral food grade oil to protect blade from rust.
- Do not use it to cut through bones, frozen products.
